Patty Freund’s Story
“I had OnStar on my last car but I never took advantage of it because I had a TomTom Navigation system that I always carried with me. Well more than a few times my TomTomm did not get me where I needed to go. I actually was directed to go in circles sometime. It was not easy to type in the addresses and was hard to read because it was so small. With my new Buick the salesman encouraged me to use the hands free calling and the OnStar Navigation. The first day I tried it I loved it. All I did was say the address and a very pleasant voice told me I was good to go. No more loud TURN HERE, TURN NOW from my old TomTom but a lovely voice and a soft beep when the turn is coming up or the road is changing. I look at the radio screen and see just how the road turns, no more trying to look at a tiny screen and wondering if I missed a turn. I was so excited with OnStar that I had to show it to all my coworkers. They love it also.”
