“You promote that you can unlock a car–but yesterday ONSTAR saved my vacation by LOCKING my car for me! Thank you sooo much! Yesterday I parked my car in a lot near Chicago’s O’Hare. When I got to the airport and was waiting to board my flight to Los Angeles, I had the awful feeling that I had NOT locked my car! For the next 4 hours during my flight, I thought of all the people who I could try to convince to make the trip to the lot to check the car. Since I was arriving in LA at nearly midnight Chicago time, this begging would have to wait until the next morning–assuring that my possibly unlocked car would have to stay unlocked at least overnight. When I got to LA, my brother picked me up at the airport and I told him my situation. Of course, first he laughed at me (brothers are good for that). Then he said: “You have ONSTAR. They can unlock your car. Why can’t they lock it?” So when we got to his house, I called and within 5 minutes the young lady took care of locking my car. What a relief! Thank you so much. I am only sorry that I did not get that young lady’s name–she was very kind and most helpful–she truly saved my vacation. I also wish I had thought to call you when I was still at the airport in Chicago–would have saved me 4 hours of grief worrying about my unlocked car. Thanks again!”
