“I was T-boned by a lady going 50-55mph on Nov 4, 2008, everything including my purse with my cell phone was flown about the vehicle. Instantly I heard a voice thru my OnStar asking if I had been in an accident and if I was ok-this person was able to call my husband but he did not answer so he called my mother-n-law and I was able to tell her to please come to the hospital and notify my husband of my crash. Paramedics were there in no time and OnStar stayed on the phone with me until they arrived-this made me much more calm and I’m very grateful to have a vehicle with this service-luckily I only suffered whiplash and minor injuries. Thank you Onstar for all that you did and still do.”
