“I wanted to thank the operators who helped us out today, Sunday, March 28. My wife’s brother-in-law is in the hospital and we needed to get a hold of my sister-in-law. The two operators were very polite and helpful. I was able to talk to my sister-in-law and let her know that she was needed before her husband could be taken to surgery. Again thanks to the operators that were on duty at 3:00 pm. They were very helpful.”
