"A few seconds and our doors were open!"
“We went to neighbors home..we live in a rural area so neighbors are spread out..as we got out of the car my husband hit the lock button & of course the keys were in the ignition. I had just been on the Onstar site that very day so I remembered the number. Luckily our teenager was with us and she had her cell phone..it took no longer than a few seconds and our doors were open!! My inlaws did the same thing but they called us in a panic and we gave them the Onstar # and their car was opened too and this was the very next day after our lock out!! Thanx for always being there Onstar!!”
