Michael Burns Story
“This is the first time that I have reviewed these reports and have to say, that this is simply an amazing feature! My tires are low in air and will stop as soon as I leave work today. I would have NEVER known this! Preserving my tires, fuel economy etc., are so important to me and I wanted to take a moment to tell you that this is the most amazing feature that any car manufacturer could ever include as a standard. Although I appreciate the one year free service, I’m learning that this is simply something I cannot live without.
The turn by turn navigation is excellent, aside from being extremely accurate and as a point of notation, your customer service folks are beyond courteous, well spoken, friendly and appreciate the side conversations I’ve had with many of them while they’re searching (and subsequently preparing to load the navigation route for me). From my asking “how’s the weather in Michigan” to their response about my end, to Happy Thanksgiving etc.,bottom line, what an astounding and impressive customer service team you have!
I work for a major medical insurance company in Massachusetts, who has been nationally recognized by Consumer reports (#1 in the USA), to NCQA, as the #3 health plan in the entire USA for its’ customer service. Therefore, I’ve been spoiled in expecting the best from companies because this is what we deliver to our customers. I’m sure the training program for your employees is exceptionally detailed/rigorous and to a new customer like me, who calls all the time, it sure is working!
Your commercials hit home every time I hear them and believe that a continuous focus on the emergency situations that occur is important. Like the medical insurance I sell to employer groups, no one really pays too much attention to it….until they need it. With that said, as far as OnStar is concerned, fact is, you’ve saved countless lives and again, as a new customer, a father of four children…..I’m glad someone’s “got my back” so to speak. I simply cannot imagine how I would feel living the rest of my life if I were involved in an accident and couldn’t call someone to help my children, or others involved. Fortunately, for me, because of you….I don’t have to worry about that ever happening.
