Hi Kris – Unfortunately, OnStar service is only available in the United States and Canada at this time. Should this change, we will be sure to let everyone know.

I made a brief call to an out-of-province number and was told by the ‘voice’ that long distance charges will apply. It clearly says above that there are no roaming or long distance fees. (?) Please confirm no long distance charges. Thanks.
Hi William – I looked into this for you. As long as you can make the call, your Hands-Free Calling balance will only be decreased by the number of minutes that you used. As was stated above in the article, OnStar does not charge for roaming or long distance fees. Have you heard this message again? Let me know if you have any other questions regarding your service! – Lisa
