Get Help Whenever You Need It

In an emergency, every second counts. That’s why OnStar put a red emergency button in your vehicle. When you push the red emergency button, you’re immediately connected with a specially trained Emergency Advisor who knows where you are and who can direct help to your exact location. The Advisor uses GPS technology to help locate you and can contact the nearest emergency service providers for you. And the Advisor can stay on the line with you until help arrives.
Be a Good Samaritan.
You can help others around you who might need roadside assistance or emergency help by pressing your red OnStar emergency button. It’s a quick step that could assist in saving someone’s life.
Show your children how to use OnStar.
Teach your children when and how to push the button — and let them know they don’t have to be afraid to use the service during an emergency. You can even do a practice push so they can talk to an OnStar Advisor.
